'JaiMahee' Jayaraman hails from NachiarKoil near Kumbakonam. he started off his career as a driver working for Organizations like Pallavan Transport Corporation, Sivananda Gurukulam, TSR & Co After working as a driver for 12-13 years, he joined Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Chennai Harbour as a Sub-Inspector for 5 years. During his tenure he was posted in the north eastern states. Wanting to be closer to his home, and friends, he decided to return to chennai and started on his own. After a stint in coconut trading, he took up the assignment of conducting a friend's sister's wedding at Tirupati. Success in the assignment , gave him the confidence to pursue to catering services on a full time basis. With support from friends and relatives, he started the catering services in 1987. Since then, there has been no looking back.

        His services and clientele has grown multifold purely through referrals from satisfied customers. Now Jayaraman undertaken marriage contracts all over Tamil Nadu and in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and in Kerala as well.

Catering Facilites/Infrastructure

1. Catering facility at Madipakkam measuring about 3000 sq.ft with latest infrastructure for preparing food, etc., for as many as 1000 to 5000 people at a time.

2. Employing more than 200 laborers, on case-to-case contract basis, in and around the state for performing marriages all over India.

3. Delivery Vans, etc. are also available to provide the food items to the customers, in time.
